Core Dump is a place where I write notes on various home projects and ideas in case they are useful to someone (I hope they will be useful to jog my memory too).

I am Matthew Smith, a professional programmer working mostly in the embedded engineering field. I have experience in a number of embedded operating systems programmed in C and C++ but also branched out into the world of web programming for a year or two where I got to play with PHP, SQL and accompanying technologies.
